Insurance Restoration

When a natural disaster strikes, Homeowners, Community Association Managers and HOA Board Members are immediately under pressure to restore their homes. ABC will help! Since our establishment in 1998, we have completed over $1 billion in Insurance Restoration Projects.

 

First, American Building Contractors will meet with the Homeowner, Community Association Managers and/or HOA Board Members to establish an agreement allowing us to assess the damage, begin mitigation and work with the adjuster to reach an agreeable Scope of Work.  

 

Next, our Estimating Department will thoroughly review the Scope of Work for any items overlooked or discrepancies and work directly with the desk adjuster to resolve any disputes. Our estimators come with years of experience working as or with adjusters so both parties speak the same language and know what is required to restore a property to pre-storm condition. 

 

Our ongoing communication includes keeping our customers up-to-date with ongoing messages about the status of the project, an onsite Project Manager will be available to answer questions or address any concerns the day of construction and our ABC Customer Support Team is available 24/7/365 by phone or email.
