Our Home Exterior Consultants are trained to help you with inspecting the damage to your home, documenting and photographing the damage, and providing a Scope of Work to restore your home back to pre-storm condition.

Here are 6 steps the ABC Team does to minimize the stress on our customers after a natural disaster.

1. ABC will meet with you and inspect the damage together. We take pictures and document all of our findings.
2. ABC will be onsite with the adjuster to review the Scope of Loss together. 
3. ABC will offer mitigation services (at no cost to you) to protect your home from any further damage.
4. ABC will create a Xactimate estimate with pictures to document the damage to return your home to its pre-storm condition.
5. Our Estimating Department and Home Exterior Consultants work together to pull permitting, order the materials and necessary equipment to start your restoration project.
6. Once construction begins, the project will not be considered complete until you are 100% satisfied with the restoration of your home.
